Engine Overhaul and Repair

We are fully equipped with specialist workshop facilities, factory trained engineers and the special tooling required to carry out full engine overhauls, including Dyno Testing, on franchised engine types; Detroit Diesel, FG Wilson/Perkins, FPT, JCB, Kubota, MTU, Steyr Motors and Volvo Penta.

Our engineering teams also provide Application Engineering Support through to Installation and Commissioning of both engine and transmissions for projects and in support of new product sales.

We overhaul a wide range of non-franchised engine types, including: John Deere, Cummins, Scania, Deutz, Doosan, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Sisu, Hatz, Yanmar, MAN and many others, returning your equipment to a just-like-new condition.

• Paint and rust removed from all parts and components
• Inspect, measure & evaluation of all components
• Reworking of sub-components
• Engine re-assembly using re-built and genuine parts
