We are recruiting a Business Unit Manager for our Central Driveline (a division of Mitchell Powersystems) business, based at our Head Office in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Our Central Driveline business is the sole UK and Ireland Service Centre for Dana Spicer, offering genuine parts and service support for the full range of Dana Spicer off-highway axles, and transmission products. You will be responsible for the management of a busy workshop and its staff, performing overhauls and repairs of various types and makes off-highway driveline products, and selling genuine parts. You will also be responsible for full profit and loss of the business. Candidates will require to have proven experience in a Service Manager or similar role, experience of being responsible for profit and loss, and managing individuals and teams. We are recruiting a Workshop Production Technician, based in our Service Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield. The role will encompass the support of operational duties within a busy workshop environment, including but limited to: 🔵 The safe handling, disassembly, cleaning and inspection of dirty and used components from engines, transmissions, axles, and transfer cases, to the high standards demanded of an OEM distributorship 🔵 Painting, palletising and shipping of completed units as required 🔵 Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the workshop 🔵 Complete any required training and development 🔵 Drive company vehicles for the movement of material 🔵 Support the business by passing and holding a current FLT license for yard maintenance and the flow of material You will be expected to support other workshop related activities as and when required and you may be required to make yourself available for overtime from time to time.
