We are recruiting an experienced Service Controller, based at our Romsey Service Centre (SO51 9AQ): You will be the first point of customer contact to ensure enquiries are dealt with both professionally and efficiently. Working closely with the Service Supervisor you will also be responsible for daily coordination and administration of all required works both in our workshop and Field Service operations in and across the south coast or surrounding areas to ensure that jobs are completed on time achieving both customer and internal KPI’s.
