Mitchell Powersystems achieves Allison Transmission Gold Status

We are proud to announce that we were awarded Gold Status in Allison Transmission's 2024 Performance Reward Programme. The award was presented to Darron Griffiths at Allison's EMEA Distributor / Direct Dealer Conference Meeting held in Malaga, Spain.

This award places Mitchell Powersystems, the sole UK and Ireland Distributor, among the top 25% of Allison’s entire distributor network.

Allison Transmission’s Performance Rewards Program (PRP) aims to:
Encourage improvements in performance among Distributors.
Continually raise the bar on customer service offered to end users.
Establish a competitive advantage over other service providers by creating a robust service network to support Allison’s products.

The PRP is judged on nine metrics across the following categories:
▶ Technician training
▶ Turnaround time
▶ Total parts sales
▶ Total ReTran sales
▶ Customer satisfaction survey results
